Hi I'm Tara,

I am a proud mum of two and as you can see I love being out in nature. I am MCIPD accredited and have over 20 years' experience of working in HR, mentoring and training senior leaders.  UYP Coaching Ltd was set up after I became a qualified coach and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council  I abide by the ‘Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors’ of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  The Global Code of Ethics is a comprehensive code for those working in coaching, mentoring, and supervision. It was jointly created by the Association for Coaching (AC) and the EMCC in February 2016. The Code supports best practice and raises standards for members.

I set up UYP Coaching because I know what it is like to feel lost, lose your confidence and have to face the challenge of rebuilding your life. Life is a messy journey, a journey that often presents challenges, obstacles, and uncertainties, but it can also be wonderful and enriching.  Coaching gives me the opportunity to help people like me who have had to overcome challenges and fight for the life they deserve.

My coaching style is to enable and empower people to achieve their goals. Imagine having a dedicated guide, someone who sees the immense potential within you and is committed to helping you unleash it. I am not there to provide answers, but to ask the questions that will lead you to your own insights, to help you navigate the uncharted waters of your dreams and aspirations and live your best life.
